Thank you for choosing our Nautilus.
Below you will find the assembly instructions.
Find the three moving bars and set them in the following order:
Symbol 2, 1 and 3, starting with the wooden strip used in the example.
If you adjust everything correctly, you will be able to extract two keys, as shown:
Set the gears near the ray fish at 2,4,5 position
To achieve this do the following:
As soon as you adjust the wheels to the 245 position – you will be able to extract the wide figure key.
Insert the figure key as shown to release the ray fish
Press the key with the turtle and hold it down to release the key with the turtle symbol.
Find the slot (a hole) on the box whose form corresponds with the shape of the symbol on the key with the turtle.
Put this key into the slot in the box as shown, so that the slot on the key hooks a ward inside of the box. Then pull the key and while holding it pulled, release another key
To solve the task with the locks, the first thing to understand is that the movement of the horizontal sliders is determined by the position of the vertical slider. You can only move the horizontal slider if the vertical slider is in the right position. Now move the horizontal sliders to the left in this order: 4, 1, 3
Now move the horizontal sliders to the right in this order: 2,3,1,4 as shown.
Now you can release the last key!
To open the box make sure that all the “petals” on the front side of the box are released from their slots:
Release the capsule!
To open the capsule you will need these four keys:
Find the embayments in the capsule which correspond with the endings of the keys. Move the segments of the capsule in accordance with the arrows, fixing them in the desired position
Open the capsule through rotating its lid
Now you can deposit your gift in the box and reset the CLUEBOX to its initial state. To do this, please go to the point of the instructions:
RESET THE BOX
This is the riddle where your adventure starts.
Every symbol you find under the petals is illustrated twice.
Put the holes of the propeller so that you can see the same symbol through the holes. This will result in one of the forms becoming complete (in the circle)
Similar forms and symbols appear on other elements of the box
Find the form on the “octopus” side of the Nautilus Cluebox and memorize the symbol inside of the form.
Find the symbol from under the propeller at one of the three moving bars. Then find the symbol you found in the octopus tentacle on this bar. This symbol determines the right position of the bar.
Adjust all the tree bars according to this principle
The answer is: Symbol 2, 1 and 3 starting with the bar used in the example.
If you adjust everything correctly, you will be able to extract two keys, as shown:
3. Pull the key out
On the key taken from the previous step you will find a buoy image
same buoy image can be found on the bottom of Nautilus Cluebox.
Rotate the wheel to the left, as indicated by the buoy icon, AND look at the symbols that can be seen in the middle of the “octopus”
Listen to the “clicks” (see the video below).
The symbols you see while rotating the wheel can also be found on the wheels near the ray fish. Here is the combination of symbols and numbers which you need:
The left and the right wheels can be rotated freely when the middle wheel is looking towards the right or the left wheel correspondingly (see the video)
Rotation of the middle wheel always causes the rotation of both other wheels. For example if you want the middle wheel to come to the position of 4 and its current position is 3 (the difference is equal +1), then set the left wheel on 3 (2+1)
Solution for the wheels
As soon as you adjust the wheels to the 245 position – you will be able to extract the wide figure key.
The contours of the figure key can be found somewhere else on the box
Insert the figure key as shown to release the ray fish
You can now also release another key:
Find the tortoises on the box, there is more than one
Press the button with the tortoise and holding the button pressed release the key with the tortoise symbol
On the released key (with the tortoise on it) you will find a symbol and two arrows.
The shape of this symbol corresponds with the shape of a slot on one of the sides of Nautilus.
Put this key into the slot in the box as shown, so that the slot on the key hooks a ward inside of the box. Then pull the key and while holding it pulled, release another key
In the initial position, all the horizontal sliders but for the second row, are in the opened position
Your main target is to open all the locks. The movement of the horizontal sliders is determined by the position of the vertical slider. So your primary goal is to release the vertical slider (so that it can move freely in its frame from edge to edge).
As initially the slider is not moving, the only thing you can do is moving slider 4 to the left
The next step is to shift slider 1 and 3 to the left
Now that you have brought all the sliders in the locked position – your vertical slider is moving freely.
Now you need to find the right order for bringing the horizontal sliders into an unlocked position. The principle is the following: when you unlock the first horizontal slider – the vertical slider should still be able to move freely in 3 positions. When you unlock the second horizontal slider – the vertical slider should still be able to move freely in 2 positions. Etc. If shifting the first horizontal slider “locks” the vertical slider – this was not the right slider to start with
Here is the right sequence: Slider 2,3,1,4 as shown.
Now you can release the last key!
To open the box make sure that all the “petals” on the front side of the box are released from their slots:
Release the capsule!
The ribs of the capsule have different forms. Check those which are moving
There are other elements of the box which are required to open the capsule
To open the capsule you will need these four keys:
Find the embayments in the capsule which correspond with the endings of the keys. Move the segments of the capsule in accordance with the arrows, fixing them in the desired position
Open the capsule through rotating its lid
There is another element which can be used to decode the message
Read the message inside the capsule using the ray fish element
The decoded message is: atlantic

WARNING!!! Before you get to the box: at this moment you might have the big figure key stuck in the box. If this is the case – don’t do anything about it until you read what to do. If you extracted the key at some point – don’t put it in yet, until you read to do so.
Put the message in the capsule so that it fits in its narrow part. Check whether the ribs of the capsule are in the right position to close it. If not, use the keys to find and adjust the right position
Now close the capsule by adjusting the lid and rotating it clockwise.
After you did that – make sure to put all the ribs in the position “down” as shown
Insert the capsule into the box so that it fits completely.
Then insert the endings of the “petals” into corresponding slots you find on the capsule
IMPORTANT: From all the keys there are four keys, whose endings you will see on the side of the box with “petals”. Make sure you insert the keys so that they block the petals and are completely in. This is what it should look like in future, when all the keys will be in.
Take the big key with the tortoise and the narrow key with a big cavity (not with a small one!!!)
Holding the tortoise key pulled, insert the narrow key. Make sure the cavity on the narrow key looks face down.
Holding the tortoise button pressed, insert the tortoise key as shown
Insert the wide key as shown (make sure the arrow is pointing down!). If you have problems with this step – check whether all the horizontal sliders on the bottom side of Nautilus Cluebox are in the opened position (i.e. on the right)
Now we will bring the sliders into the initial position. Move the horizontal sliders to the left (with the help of the vertical slider) using the following sequence (exactly in this order):
4,1,3,2.
Now move the sliders 3,1,4 to the right (exactly in this order and again using the vertical slider). This should be your result.
Take these three elements, including the narrow key with a small cavity.
Insert the narrow key (make sure the cavity looks face up!!!).Then adjust the ray fish.
*If the figure key is not in the box – insert it into the slot at this point.
Holding the big figure key pulled, insert the small curved key which blocks the ray fish.
To release the big figure key squeeze the parts with the arrows with your fingers and pull the key out.
Check whether the wheels near the ray fish are in the 2,4,5 position and insert the big figure key in the slot under these wheels.
Now you have to change the position of the wheels from 2,4,5 to any other combination to lock the key. We recommend setting the left and the right wheels on position 6.
IMPORTANT: make sure the middle wheel has its cavity looking forward in the end.
Insert the last narrow key with the cavity facing up, as shown.
Make sure the “hole” on the Octopus side is empty
Adjust the moving bars according to the symbols
Insert the last key. First push the key horizontally then push it down. Then move the bars to lock the last keys
Warning! Do NOT apply force to insert the keys. As soon as you adjust the moving bars exactly – you will be able to insert the keys easily!
Ready!
Find the three moving bars and set them in the following order:
Symbol 2, 1 and 3, starting with the wooden strip used in the example.
If you adjust everything correctly, you will be able to extract two keys, as shown:
Set the gears near the ray fish at 2,4,5 position
