The edges of the small side parts are similar to the (W) and (E) shapes on the box.

The arrows on the upper pin resemble the arrows on the small parts on the side of the box.

Once you set the steering wheels correctly, pull the upper pin. You will discover the arrows which will give you the clue about the next step.

Final position of the wheels

Find the corresponding combinations on the three remaining wheels. Use the solution on the first wheel and the connections found in the slide puzzle.

The steering wheel with the connection leading to that same wheel, is the starting point of the puzzle solution.

On the steering wheels, located on the top of the box, you should set the same pairs of symbols as you got on the bottom. Start with those connected holes which can give you only one suitable combination.

After organizing all sliding elements you will get 4 pair connections between the symbols inside the slides. They will give you the key to the next puzzle – steering wheels.

The images on the sliding elements are similar to the small images underneath. You should arrange them so that each sliding element matches the image under itself.

You should start opening the locker by solving the puzzle on the bottom.
